Seriously Want It

Rudyard Kipling said, “If you don’t get what you want, it is a sign either that you did not seriously want it, or that you tried to bargain over the price.”

There are actually three factors involved here:

1)  Your ‘want’.  Do you even have desire for something better?  If you don’t have a desire, a dream, a goal then you will surely never reach it.  Today I see fewer people who ASPIRE to get above ‘normal’.  That is very sad.

2)  Do you seriously want it?  Is it a hope, a wish, or a whim; or IS IT A NEED?  You must HAVE to have it, or you will NOT have it.

3)  Do you bargain?  I see people, all the time, make excuses, negotiate over importance, find trivial things to do instead of the hard things that will get the results they SAY they want.  They are attempting to bargain the price that HAS TO be paid.  They will never succeed.

Get serious about what it is that is the LIFE CHANGER for you and your family–then get busy enthusiastically doing it.
